Channel Drain Install
Water pooling near the foundation after a heavy rain, required a drainage solution to redirect runoff away from the home.
Standing water near a home’s foundation is a common drainage issue that can lead to serious damage if left unaddressed. In this case, water collected along the side of the house after rain, increasing the risk of moisture intrusion.
We designed and installed a channel drain and French drain to capture surface water and move it away from the foundation. The result is a dry, protected foundation and improved drainage performance during heavy rain.
